As we enter our second month of Covid-19 quarantine, many of us are grappling with family fatigue, sleeplessness, ill humor, lack of focus/ motivation—and I’m just gonna say it: we’re boozin’ way more than normal. Therapist Melissa Brohner-Schneider discusses some of those feelings and behaviors (ok? not ok? normal? not normal?) as well as some of the more unusual ones that have cropped up for some of us like craving human connection but—for some odd reason—withdrawing when opportunities to interact with others arise.
